With an extensive 18-year history in executive headhunting for the China market, Bobson has specialised experience in TMT working models such as Key Account Model and PS model. He had also held various team management positions across four companies before his current role at BTI Executive Search.
In 2012 he joined Hays – a top international recruitment company -where he was tasked with building up a Northern China team specialising within the TMT industry before taking on another challenge 2 years later, transitioning into Networkers where he successfully established 7-person strong sales-focused group that achieved awards including Tencent’s Best Supplier under Sales Category and 4th Paradigm award winners respectively.

Kyle is the Manager and Head of Shanghai Financial Services Practice. He closely partners with his global clients on senior-level searches, personally managing each assignment.
Kyle conducts executive and emerging leadership assignments for publicly held and private institutional investment managers, SFO/private investment offices, RIA/MFO, insurance, real estate and private equity firms. In addition to traditional recruitment and assessment expertise, he has helped clients lift out investment teams, acquire new distribution capabilities and enter new markets.
Kyle graduated from University College London with a degree at psychology. He is fluent in English, Chinese and Korean.
