We are pleased to announce the launch of the 2022 APAC Workforce Insights Report titled ‘Building Agility With A Contingent Workforce’.

It’s the survey results of 1,112 employers from 12 markets across the Asia Pacific region – Australia, China, India, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam, who responded to our survey on their opinion about Contingent Workforce.

The report highlights the trends, reasons, methods, and management of adopting a Contingent Workforce within the Asia Pacific during and after the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The key findings include:

Over 58% of key industries support adopting a Contingent Workforce to help with headcount shortages.

About 25% of Asia Pacific companies already use Contingent Workforce and will increase their usage over the next two years.

Many contingent workers are now highly skilled in specialized areas, where businesses increasingly see them as part of the mainstream workforce, and not secondary to full-timers.
